Class Locations
Grades Pre-K through 6 meet in the Education Building; Grades 7-12 meet in the "youth" building.

For Our Children
Sunday School time is precious and short. Children are in their classrooms no later than 9:30. We truly need to make every minute count.

Nursery care is available throughout worship, from 9:15 to 11:30 on Sunday mornings, with a paid trained attendant.

At 11:00 (approximate) Children through grade 4 are dismissed from the Sunday service for "Activity Time," games, crafts, or videos with a Christian theme.

Junior Choir
Junior Choir is open to all children through grade 8. They will rehearse under the direction of Emily Leavitt during activity time on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month (approximately 11:00-11:30 A.M. during church).

On those days, children through grade 8 who want to sing will go with Mrs. Leavitt and others, grade 4 and under, will go to Activity Time as usual. Activity Time will still be held every Sunday.

Curriculum for Sunday School
Our Sunday School curriculum is Bible-centered.  This year we are learning from the "Seasons of the Spirit" curriculum, containing Bible-based resources connecting worship, learning and service. More information about this curriculum can be found at: www.spiritseasons.com.

Christian Education Board
The Christian Education Board usually meets on the second Thursday of each month.

Minister of Christian Education
We are pleased to announce that we have a new Minister of Christian Education, Heather Kattan. Heather is 27 years old, a graduate of Hamilton College in New York and Boston University School of Theology.

She did her field education work at First Baptist, Newton, and was ordained in Suffield, CT, by her home church. She is presently living in North Andover with her husband David, a software engineer with 3M Company. Heather is employed part time at Ann Taylor in inventory. She has been attending First Calvary, North Andover, in recent months, serving on the Merrimack Valley Baptist Association Executive Board, and doing supply preaching.

Heather will be working with us for 10 hours per week. We look forward to having her on board.
